George W. Bush & Jimmy Carter -

Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter and Texas Governor George W. Bush talk during the opening ceremonies of the 1998 Jimmy Carter Work Project, a Habitat for Humanity week-long work project in Houston with over 6,000 volunteers participating. With Jimmy and Rosalyn Carter working beside them the volunteers will build 100 homes for indigent people in Houston. This will be the largest number of homes built in one week by the organization since its beginning in 1976.The Carters have worked with the group since 1984. Governor Bush is considered by many as a possibble candidate for U.S. president for the 2000 campaign.
