Indigenous Sistagirls At Sydney Gay And Lesbian Mardi Gras

Members of the Tiwi Islands transgendered community prepare ahead of the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras parade on March 04, 2017 in Sydney, Australia. After a successful crowd funding campaign, a group of 30 transgendered women from the remote Northern Territory Tiwi Islands travelled over 4,000 kilometres to Sydney to represent their community for the first time at the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardis Gras.
