JUN 4 1963; Denver Post Staff Writer; Despite streamflow far below normal in most of the Colorado River drainage, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation official expect substantial water impoundment this season in the enormous reservoirs of the Colorado River Storage Project.; The bureau now is storing water in three of the project reservoirs - Glen Canyon's Lake Powell in northern Arizona and southeastern Utah, The Flaming Gorge Reservoir in northeastern Utah and Navajo Reservoir in northern New Mexico and southwestern Colorado.; Helpful to the storage outlook is the fact that Hoover Dam's Lake Mead is at a high level.
