Ramiro Carillo Being Interviewed in Prison

Ramiro Carillo, an Army and Civil Forces official of the overthrown Arbenz government of Guatemala, has been imprisoned in the federal penitentiary in Guatemala City by the Liberation government of Lt. Col. Carlos Castillo Armas. Shown here being interviewed by a journalist, Carillo, a former Guatemalan Army officer, is accused of having been in charge of hauling bodies of atrocity victims from the police station to burial places outside Guatemala City.
