Washington, UNITED STATES: US Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (R), D-CA, and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (R), D-NV, speak to the press at the White House after meeting with US President George W. Bush and top Democrats publicly vowed to find common ground on Iraq but feuded bitterly in the harshest fight over war powers since the end of the Vietnam conflict.
