SAADA, YEMEN: Yemeni soldiers patrol the battle front where rebel preacher Hussein Badr Eddin al-Huthi has taken refuge, in the province of Saada, 242 kms north of Sanaa, 06 August 2004. Yemeni troops searched house-to-house for Huthi, vowing to end his rebellion within hours after deadly clashes with his followers in the remote northern mountains. Army units overran the rugged Khamis Maran district of Saada province and were combing the area in search of Huthi as they pressed a three-day-old offensive that has already left at least 72 dead and 80 wounded.
