Alistair Darling unveils 2010 budget

First this morning, Alastair Darling is preparing to deliver his last budget before polling day saying there will be no room for giveaways. The Chancellor is under pressure to show he's serious about cuttiing Britain's record deficit, while offering some good news for voters.
